• PRICING
All prices listed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars but charged in Turkish Liras. In the shopping section, you will see item prices in U.S. dollars; however, item prices will be displayed in Turkish Liras in your cart. We know this is confusing, we are trying to fix this to provide you with a better shopping experience. Until then, please bear with us.
To get an estimate of the exchange rate, you can use www.oanda.com/currency/converter. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart include taxes but do not include shipping and handling fees. For shipping fees, please see shipping section below.
• SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE to anywhere in Turkey! We pay the shipping fee for you! Your order will be processed up to 7 business days (Mon-Fri between 10 am – 5 pm Turkey time- GMT+2) and will be shipped via Yurtici Kargo. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery on domestic orders.
Uttu ships from Istanbul, Turkey to the WORLD! All items are shipped via PTT (Turkish Local Postage Service) within 7 business days after you make your purchase and the funds are received. We can’t offer other carriers due to their high international shipping cost from Turkey.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE IS 15 U.S. DOLLARS (DISPLAYED AS 30 TURKISH LIRAS AT THE CHECKOUT SCREEN) FOR ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY, PLEASE ADD 'INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING' TO YOUR SHOPPING CART VIA THE BUTTON BELOW.
Please note that Uttu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• TRACKING
Currently Uttu is NOT set up to email you an automated tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facility. We will include your tracking number in the email confirming shipment of your order.

- For INTERNATIONAL orders: You can track the status of your order on www1.ptt.gov.tr/tr/interaktif/kayitliposta-yd_yeniweb.php
Please note that international tracking numbers do not show progressive tracking and it will only confirm when the package is delivered to the post office and left Turkey, not where your package is en route. It will typically take 10-15 business days for the package to arrive depending on its destination. However, we don’t have control of any delays the package incurs on the way. Uttu isn’t responsible for any delays that the carrier incurs.
• RETURN POLICY
Uttu doesn’t refund any items once your order has been shipped. For your satisfaction, we have an exchange policy. If you would like to make an exchange, please e-mail shop@uttu.com.tr with your reason for return and send back your new and unworn items with all tags attached within 5 business days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange an item, the total amount minus the shipping fee will be credited towards your next order. Uttu doesn’t refund shipping expenses. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Note that the customer is responsible for paying for shipping returned merchandise unless Uttu has sent the wrong item or size that was indicated in receipt of purchase. Uttu is not responsible for any return shipments that get lost in transition so please make sure return shipments are traceable and make note of the tracking number for your package. Original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items that are eligible for exchange:
• We have shipped you the wrong item – you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation e-mail.
• You would like to exchange for a different size or color if available.
If you have any major problems with your purchase please contact us within 3 business days receiving your item and we will try to work something out.
• SIZING
Please note that the measurements in the size chart are the approximate body measurements, not the measurements of garments. Please ensure you read all sizing info carefully before making your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more info about the garment or if you are unsure of your size. We would be happy to help you find the right size!
• CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order by e-mailing shop@uttu.com.tr until the time your order has been processed and shipped. However, you can’t cancel your order if the order has already been shipped.
• PAYMENT
We accept all major credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and payments through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from our store. If you already have a Paypal account, you may use it.
• PRIVACY POLICY
Uttu is committed to maintaining your privacy and to providing a secure transaction environment. When you place an order, please be assured that we will not share, trade, rent, sell, or release any of your information to a third party, business, or individual.
• SECURITY
Uttu uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
